Given that stats on existing suits (Amarr Heavy, Gallente Scout, etc.) have changes proposed, it seems quite likely that the medium suit stats have shifted as well. In making recommendations or weighing the relative strengths of these Scout/Commando/etc. suits, it's really necessary to have the Assault/Logistics for context. This is especially true because the use of those suits is more common currently.

I think some people have been going by the leaked Sisi bonuses, which "might" be true, but that doesn't really tell us if the suit stats have changed. From the shift in Amarr tanking philosophy and addition of reps to Gallente on the other suits, it seems likely that the stats have changed.

I'm sure you're intending to release those stats eventually, but I wanted to throw out that people's view of the changes to the scouts/etc. right now is in the context of current suit stats. People might feel differently relative to a set of changes to those suits.
