I wish I ran into ADS spam even 1/10 as often as I run into tank spam.

Besides, you're just doing me a favor, the sooner I hit zero ISK the sooner I set this game down, since I straight up refuse to spawn infantry because heavies now bore me to death and back.

No, I distinctly remember taking you out. The first time your tank flipped over and you were trying to recall as I was shooting it, got a lucky shot with the railgun and killed you, then your tank. The next time I'm pretty sure I was chasing you down, I just remember it was 2-2 because I wasn't pissed for losing the ships, and was amused that it probably cost me more ISK than it cost you.

Oh ****, I remember that. That first engagement was hilariously unfair and a free win for you. I was readying a volley and was about to fire, when a militia tank moron rammed me in the ass and flipped me (likely on purpose). I was laughing and crying at the same time.

Later in the game, it's just me vs. 2 AssDS, 2 proto rails and one proto forge, while my two tankfriends sit in the redline and ignore the vehicles directly in front of them.

Oh and I can assure you it costed me more than it did to you. I don't get paid enough for my job. It's funny how the ones trying to protect their teams from vehicles (infantry AV and vehicle AV alike) get shat on the most, even from their own teammates.

How much do your tanks cost? My dropship is 520k

Mine is about the same, about 520k-560k fully decked out. Too bad it's worthless in PC, since everyone just spams tanky proto rails or triple dmod proto rails. Vehicle Vs. Vehicle is typically fun until someone brings out their win buttons (railguns).

Fun fact, did you know that tanks have nearly the same EHP with hardeners as they did beforehand, and yet railguns got the damage of the compressed variant w/ a built in active heatsink (can fire 6/8 shots before overheating) AND fire almost twice as fast?

Railguns really do ruin things for everyone, it just waters down the entire vehicle vs vehicle balance. The redline does nothing to help the issue. I'm in favor of giving all turrets more elevation if we could just figure out a way to remove the redline, which I believe is entirely possible.

I saw one of these multi ADS ambush matches end with Blaze Ashra and one of the others killing each other in a mid air collision for the final messages on the kill feed. I remember Serimos was up there with them, but I don't think he was the other one that died.

I laughed, and I needed a laugh after a full game of forgegunning them for little effect other than keeping their ground attack runs short.

I got matched up on the other side from ya'll at least 5 or 6 times that day.

Let me tell you, fighting off the swarm of wasps routine gets real old, real fast.

In all seriousness, it's true. You'll pray a rail tank who knows what he's doing spawns in because I've been on the opposite side and leaving the redline is a death sentence in a tank with 3 good ADS pilots.

Yeah, that was bad luck for you guys. We were q synching in the 1st airborne channel and trying to keep on the same side. You would have done better if you were on the c or d building rather than the table top. That's pretty much shooting fish in a barrel from our end. As for me, I'm not as good as most of these guys and if I can fly a whole match I'm happy.
