This would be fun. E.G. 32 players on one team vs 16 Jove (numbers are examples) payout 10-15x more than PC for ISK,WP and SP(or even LP if a faction contract.) (no? salvage)

Face palms....and this shows how little you know about the EVE side lore.
The Jove are not like that towards us. They don't / didn't wish any harm on any of the Four Empires, being those who gifted the Caldari with Capsuleer technology.
Why would they attack us? If in fact they are alive, at which point now, we in New Eden are uncertain the Jove are even alive, or in great enough numbers to endure as a species.
If anyone would be attacking New Eden, it would be Sansha's Nation, a pirate group under the command of the arrogant Kuvakei Sansha, who implants humans with mind altering and controlling technological implants to ensure his absolute will is carried out, and already attacks sites/ systems in New Eden using man made wormholes called Incursions. A man who abducts the populations of entire colonies and communities only to tear away their consciousness's and personalities and make them a part of his Hive Mind.
They are the same group who was confirmed a couple of years back to have been blockading a known Jovian station, in suspected Jovian space with a massive fleet of warships.
The Jove are also the racial group the Devs use exclusively, hailing from a region of space exclusive to them where they, to the best of my knowledge, cannot be reached by us players.

So basically what you are saying is you didn't listen to someone with slightly more knowledge In this regard than you, that you might better understand the backstory of game you play?

How about a Sansha Incursion?
They would use lightly defended dropsuits, probably a light frame of some sort, their small amount of defences would be shield based. Their weapons would output massive sustained DPS at long ranges, and they would be slow. They would probably never take cover, and would slowly march at the players while firing purple/blue lasers at them. There would be a lot of them, 16 vs 8.
The objective of the game would likely be to survive as long as possible while whatever colony you are being hired to protect evacuates as many people as they can. You would be paid according to how many 'true slaves' you destroy, and how long your team is able to survive the onslaught. Payouts for surviving 7-8 minutes would be similar to payouts for a full Skirmish match.

Survival modes dont really make sense to me for this game. In universe, we're clones, everything down to our very bodies are expendable, why would we only use one and call it quits if we die?
I am part shovel, part man, full scout, and a little bit special.

There would be respawning, but they would just have a much larger amount more clones than your team. Perhaps 256 vs 64 clones. The only 'win' condition would be to deplete their clones before they deplete yours.

Hmmmm we don't really know what kind of dropsuits the Nation would use, though I would think they would use the same kinds we do.
More thoughts incoming later in this post.
