I remebmer the first day of Uprising.
I looked at Gallente stats and said to myself:
"Well ****, guess I'm going to be underpowered for a while"
My day of revenge has come 
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

You are totally overestimating the power of the Gallente Assault.
What you described right there is a Gallente Logi, Assault can only dream about that
