...can you also post the stats for the upcoming cloaking equipment? We like to see how they are and how it will affect the scouts.

According to CPM Nova Knife, after just chatting with him in Scouts United on Eve Online (yay EVE), it seems that we might get a dev blog during this weekend or shortly after about an important change that will benefit scouts. I wonder what that is.
