Actually from what I read, I don't necessarily seeing logis useless at all so far. From the chart, Gallente suits seem to have built in armor repair bonuses. This along with the equipment fitting cost reduction and an enhanced active scanner time output, looks to me to be quite strong. Of course it's all dependent on whether the amount of high and low slots get cut and what the base shield, armor, and pg/cpu base bonuses are, but I think it's looking good so far.

Nah assaults had 2 in open beta, at proto anyway.
And no, this is basically a duplicate thread. To see why this idea is a big no, see the thread with the same name basically, the devs removed it for a reason, all explained in the other thread.
