Let me start by saying, after reading the first 5 or so pages of several Assault bonus threads I haven't seen the answer to the question I have. If this has already been addressed, I apologize to the community for cluttering up the forums.
I understand the changes are only concepts at this point, but if we take them as fact for the moment... The Sentinel bonuses make sense, a slight reduction to damage from the opposing race's weapon type and their allies. The Logi bonuses make some sense too, bonuses to your race's equipment.
So wouldn't it make more sense for the Assault bonuses to be a modest percentage increase to your race's weapons? Be it a fitting cost reduction, or damage increase, Assault suits are meant to...well, to Assault.
Thoughts, concerns, just want to tell me I'm a noob who needs to "get gud"? I'm genuinely curious what the community has to say about this. |

The Commandos get the weaponry bonuses. It makes sense, imo, because it both gives the Commando an actual advantage other than two light slots and it could help lower TTK because the Commandos are more costly and actually slower than the Assaults(who will have the advantage of versatility on their side). Definitely a good point, any thoughts on more racially appropriate bonuses for Assaults? The bonuses for some are more defensive in nature while the Min get a bonus to damage mods. |

Would more people support a single bonus across the board, e.g. a percentage increase to wepon reload speed for racial weapons. Or do more people want bonuses tailored to a specific race? |

And just now searching for it, all I can find are the Commando, Scout and Sentinel bonuses.
