So i'll make it myself.
I Never WANTED to be a MINMATAR scout. I wanted to be an Amarr scout.
But i wanted to be a scout so bad, and i couldnt just wait the year + the game has been running around... and had to spend a LOT of SP in MIN SCOUTS that i wont EVER use again after amarr scouts come.
So can i get a full SP respec?
OR AT LEAST ALL of my DROP SUITS SP refunded so i can Spec into the Suits i actually want?

I think you know the arguments better then anyone hosting probably 50 of these threads now. New suits, weapons, vehicles, equipment and modules should be leveled into... we have had 8 months of DUST without racial variants and will still not have all the racial variants of stuff for along time. Combat and Rail rifle coming and out people saving and skilling into it, having one or both near maxed out first day with saved SP, should be more then enough of an example. CCP may tweak and balance and change anything depending on whims and what they feel may improve their game. The Skills points we invest and thus skills are our history in DUST. Some of us have maxed out alot of different aspect's of DUST that are no longer relevant to the same extent, never means they are useless or will never have use based on what changed them in the first place. That is our history of our character, you want a character option that has close to no mistakes with skills? start a new one or start a separate PSN and use the knowledge and experience you have gained to build that perfect mercenary in his specialized role. But Respecializing King Checkmate? because you made mistakes allocating skills(We all did to some extent) the 8 months we haven't had racial variants in one aspect of DUST hasn't made the ISK and Skill points you acquired with those skills any less valueable. Nothing will be the same in DUST forever and there will always be new stuff comming out. We have more then enough time to get SP and everyone progress naturally there. Not respecialize your character every time something new and shinny comes out.
I know the arguments from both sides REALLY well Bethy.
Doesnt change the fact i want to relocate my Wasted Dropsuit SP in what i really wantto play.
Its not ''NEW content'',its content that should have been out for a long time.
I think all the classes being out merits AT LEAST a dropsuit SP respec.
Your points even if valid,dont change my stance....
Nor do they change the stance of many other players WANTING a respec.
Lets say -+ of the players want/need a respec? then if you DONT give them out many players will be troubled in different ways by this,causing MORE player loss, more customer in-satisfaction..
If you DO give us a respec, then the -+ that needs them will be happy,and the other -+ that were against it stand unaffected.
Win win situation...

If they change things such as SP required to get a suit, or the whole dynamic of a suit and not just the little 5% bonuses per level. NOT REALLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY A REFUND?
Most of the SP spent by ANY character spins around these bonuses!!!!!
Example:
I have my Amarr assault so i can use my SCR.
WITHOUT the Heat buildup bonus there really isnt a reason for me to use the A.Assault, when caldari or Minmatar Dropsuits fit my Playstyle more.
So yeah,they are BIG changes. They DO deserve a respec. Between these ''bonus changes '' and AV nerfs ,scouts sucking, even if i have 23million SP i wont be able to put together a single useful fit.
@ Bethy. Its not NEW content. They owe us these from a long time ago,everybody knew they ere coming,and we even got the concept art for all of them.
And if CCP is human and can make mistakes,like setting the bar too high, so can i at making a mistake with my SP.
If CCP deserves a breather, so do the players that pay CCP...
