The same tips show up every time and there are a lot of things it doesn't mention.
So here are some loading screen tip suggestions off the top of my head. I'm sure others have more. I love reading these little tips in games but there are never more than a dozen or two which reduces the novelty. So I am all for getting a few hundred tips. Maybe if that hurts performance you could push today's tips from the servers at downtime.
- A dropship's best defense against anti-vehicle weapons is staying behind cover.
- Higher grade dropsuits offer improved hitpoints and more fitting slots.
- Militia gear usually has the same stats as Basic gear but a higher fitting cost.
- Faction gear from Loyalty Stores has the same stats and skill requirements as Aurum gear.
- Faction Warfare battles have friendly fire enabled and pay out LP instead of ISK.
- Winning factional battles improves your standing for that faction, gradually increasing LP rewards.
- Active scanners highlight detected enemies for you and your squad.
- You can set normal and aim-down-sight sensitivity independently.
- Logistics suits can fulfil many roles with different combinations of equipment.
- Scout suits are fast and are harder to scan than bigger suits.
- Heavy frames are sturdy and slow. Sentinel suits can fit a heavy weapon, and Commando suits can fit two light weapons.
- Combat Rifles are precise medium-long range projectile weapons developed by the Minmatar for tribal defense.
- Caldari-designed Rail Rifles fire hybrid slugs the furthest of any rifle and have a zoom sight, but have a brief charge delay before firing.
- Assault Rifles are proven technology offering large clips and automatic fire. Gallente corporations have developed variations of the basic weapons to fulfil the various needs of Gallente police and military forces.
- Amarrian Scrambler Rifles fire laser blasts and comes in charging semiautomatic and automatic variants.

I am anticipating some interesting suggestions. Might as well pull up a chair for a second...

Bump:
- Passive skillpoint training continues indefinitely as long as it is activated on a character.
- Active Boosters increase skillpoint gain from battles. Passive Boosters increase passive skillpoint gain. Faction boosters increase LP payout for one of the four factions.
- Shoot the LAV gunner!
- Warbarge Strikes are not available in Factional Contracts. Instead, EVE Online players must capture a beacon in space, then drop an Orbital Strike when a DUST Squad Commander requests one.
- Warbarge Strikes are available to Squad Commanders in Public Contracts once the squad has accumulated 2500 total War Points.
- Basic tier Aurum items have no skill requirements. Use them to test out new gear before spending your Skill Points.
- Shoot down an enemy Remote Delivery Vehicle before it completes its drop to destroy the vehicle it was delivering!
- Different solar systems have been claimed by different factions, including the four Empire races and capsuleer alliances. Explore the sovereignty of New Eden with the Star Map.
- Teams of coordinated squads usually beat teams of lone players. Improve your team's chances by joining a squad, and joining the squad's voice chat channel. You can still listen to your squadmates without a microphone or headset.
- You can control acceleration and braking of wheeled vehicles with either an analog stick or the L2/R2 triggers, depending on your setting in Options/Controls.
- If you're in a noisy environment or otherwise want to mute your microphone, you can enable Push To Talk from Options/Audio or the channel's tab in the Select menu. Hold D-Pad Left to unmute while you talk.

Here are a few tips to add to the list:
- Kill enemies repairing their teammates first.
- Keep a eye out for cloaked enemies. You'll never know where or when they might strike.
- Don't attack enemy Sentinels wielding a heavy machine gun head-on or by yourself. Numbers, range, and flanking tactics will bring them down.
- When fitting a Commando dropsuit, equip weapons that compliment each other. For example, equip a Combat Rifle to defeat armor-tankers and a Scrambler Rifle for shield tankers.

GÇó Be aware that the Laser Rifle isn't able to do much damage at close range, but works very well at long range. GÇó Don't forget to restock your fittings in between battles. GÇó Active scanners can be countered with Profile Dampeners. GÇó Objectives, CRUs, and Supply Depots all have powerful scanners, stay away is you at trying to remain undetected. GÇó Plasma Cannons can be used effectively on vehicles and infantry, but are a challenge to use. GÇó The HMG gets more accurate the longer you pull the trigger. GÇó Scrambler Rifles have a charge feature. GÇó Dust will never stop updating! GÇó Aurum items can be used even if you don't have the skills for them yet.
Here's my contribution.
