Depending on the BPO I'm willing to pay around 200 mil for a BPO code
I will also pay 50 mil every time anyone who recruits for me and gets a recruit to 100,000 wp (every additional recruit I will pay a extra 10 mil stacking to the recruiter)

Convert Dust ISK into 1bil. EVE ISK using Kane's Escrow Services. (It will cost less than 200 mil, Dust ISK)

If you know other people who can make the transfer for you I don't mind.
