It's probably similar to English in which children will often mispronounce words simply because they're kids and haven't learned the correct pronunciation. However the mispronunciation is often cute to hear.
Same with Japanese I assume. As such they do it in anime

I have a tattoo on my left arm on my bicep of a ying yang that looks like a dragons eye, Chinese I know but I see people stating they have tattoos so I thought I'd share that.
Its coloured as well so it was a bit of a kunt and the tattoo artist would have regretted relieving his weight on it even slightly, you know how your arm feels like its going to bang them instinctively when its getting done lol.
I plan to get more, it feels lovely when the needle scrapes over a nerve now and then.
