It's difficult for people to type lines in the chat bar in the middle of a game and not get kicked as well as it being difficult for me to keep tabs on when people place new lines. Plus people come and go more often so they can actually play the game, so there's more opportunity for fresh faces to join.

It would be interesting to run a squad where everyone has to do voices the whole time though, like one guy has to do a Christopher Walken impression, the other has to do pseudo Spanish, another can only speak in Shakespearean prose... etc.
