make the mod a tactical sidearm (win win)
I do not want to lose my sidearm slot as a fully invested scout
I do not want medium frames (logi) becoming op while using cloak
I for 1 do not care for cloaking I would much rather depend on my dampening skills
if it was made a sidearm it would make scouts who want cloak give up their sidearm slot
if logi's wanted to equip it they would give up their weapon slot besides amarr
imagine the s#!t you can kill from a throne.... fu@#!n Rome.

Before you start asking for changes why don't you wait for the dev blog on it to see just how over or under powered it's going to be.

True, but most of us try and base it on data.
Until we know fitting requirements, cycle time, recharge time and how easy it is to spot we have no idea how prevalent and overpowered cloaks might be. The cloak cycle might only last a few seconds. Recharge might take minutes. At least scouts are getting lower profiles as part of the deal.
