Just set a maximum number of consecutive team kills and exclude team kills from OBs unless they just get friendlys with it. I would suggest 3 teamkills in a row should instantly kick the player.
I thought of this because my corpmate wanted to go against us when we were Qsyncing caldari and as soon as the match started a guy on his team started teamkilling him in the spawn and we laughed are asses off watching the kill feed until he reset his system.

Yesterday, I was playing for Caldari, and some guys on the other team named Caldari Trollz team killed AP Grasshopper 3 times!
He deserved it, as he brings his proto'd out tank against Caldari like a true coward scrub would... It was just a suggestion maybe set it to 5 TKs in a row, allowing players to repeatedly teamkill and revive someone is kind of a dumb mechanic albeit a funny one. CCP said they are considering solutions to this and mine would be a simple one and still allow for teamkilling redline snipers and other cowards.

That doesn't sound like fixing it. It actually sounds like ruining it. Also: The amount of TKs you can do is dependent on your standing. And you rbuddy killreviving him? Yeah. That would've been jackpot for him, if he knew how the system works. Just wait and see you rbuddy being kicked when he reaches 5k Teamdamage. Actually can get kicked if you get punished enough times which doesn't happen if they revive you before you can hit square. That 5k team damage is alot of team kills
So I kill a guy who has 600HP (100 shields and 500 armor) then I revive him with a 30% nanite injector so he pops back up with 150 armor then I repeat the process, thats 30 team kills on that guy before I get kicked its even more if I have high standings with the faction.
