I run a suit with 258 shield and 380 armor that does exceptionally well. My main proto minmatar logi is 330 shield and 523 armor at 6.78 sprint. I think if nobody could dual tank and there was no such thing as damage mods we could probably find a balance between shields and armor ..

With the Shield recharge bonus it's still sometimes effective... But not as good as CalLOLlogi... Assault ck0 is not VK1... Less PG, CPU and Less slots. Besides you can't run the suit without using a CPU upgrade.
