Fix UI and graphical issues.2 fix HP amounts and reduce all weapon damage by 10-20%, to make it all even. 3.add all faction equipment and suits, also add ultra expensive LP JOVE empire things into caldari FW as caldari is the closest to them in the 'EVE origins' page, id price just the suit 4500LP, and increase lev.10 payout to 1150LP. 4. make test servers with a few devs to rout out glitches with the playerbase. 5. redo all coding and triple scan update coding before instal. 6. make overall fixes(NEEDED SINCE 1.1 !!!) 7. make all game mechs work, and please, more CPM's, the current ammount is 5, id make guys that were here from chromosome and that actually like the game into contacts. well im missing 20000000 things from this but, i typed it on my ps3, cheers! reduce all weapon damage and keep the current health the same? As I understand it, the low time to kill issue we are currently experiencing is a result of a 10% damage increase a while back to help counter broken hitboxes. Since then, hitboxes have been (mostly) fixed, and we still remain with that 10% increase. Theoretically, if we remove that 10%, we should be back to normal (or at least to the point before uprising).
Not. Weaponry skill used to give 2% damage per level in chromosome. so 10% damage.
When Uprising 1.0 launched they introduced messed up acceleration curves to the aiming system.. .there was no consistency and cap out in acceleration on the ds3 and Mouse and keyboard there after was screwed up because it emulates the DS3.
So basically no one could aim. Whats more, the reticles would actually repel off target instead of having some sort of friction.
They reintroduced the 10% weaponry skill bonus after to fix some of the aiming issues. it never really fixed much... but helping the odd bullet that actually did land do some damage.
This 10% damage bonus didnt come out of thin air it has always been there... it just used to be a 1x skill that everyone had at lvl 5. |
