Hope this helps you a little bit in deciding another corp, but I will honestly have to say AE. would not be the corporation your looking for nor suit your needs.

-He complains constantly
-He doesn't follow orders
-He trys to out scream whoever else may be talking
-He does these things for the whole duration of the battle,only pausing to catch his breath then he continues
-He doesn't allow players to hear orders issued(by constantly talking) causing further confusion
