Also racial weapons have steadily been added and the full set of racial dropsuits are coming out next update as well. As we're really waiting on is vehicles. I see no reason why this is such an unreasonable change of pace for CCP considering they have CCP Rouge now directing them a bit more. To me you can already see that in how CCP is operating. But frankly speaking when it comes down to introducing new content aspects to the game you simply have to consider what is more important at the time, which is more urgent, why, and then make a schedule that attempts to be convenient for everyone. In this case, and this is only me speculating, the scout and scout role is naturally the next choice after a very long period of Scouts being heavily neglected. "Face the enemy as a solid wall.
