Back when CalLogi was FOTM, the smart people packed flux. Trust me: if a shield heavy ever becomes a popular/dangerous enough thread, fluxes will be fielded much more often. All that said: what's a shield heavy good for? Anything outside of normal grenade range. Caldari Forge Gunners, I hope you're thirsty. Because with all those high slots for damage mods, tanker tears are on the menu... If you think Caldari Heavies are done because of flux grenades you will be sorely mistaken because a good heavy can dip dodge duck and dodge grenades verily easily unless it's a suicide run of course We fight for the future of the State not our personal goals

Pretty sure you'd get fluxed a lot in a caldari heavy suit, just like all the old OP cal logis with 800 shields did. Amarr heavy is more of a dual tanker.
