Same thing here. I've posted 3 different support tickets, they say its fixed, and wait till the next month to see if I get the newsletter, no joy so far. Little frustrating when you have gear packages or freebies that go with the newsletter.

What would you like to see in the newsletters this year?
Every month the DUST 514 big dogs lock me in a dark, cold room until I've churned out the monthly email newsletter, depriving me of food, water and PlayStation 3 access until the job is done. Since I am enduring these conditions for all of you, I figured I may as well produce the emails you want to read - complete with some unique content, free item giveaways exclusive to verified subscribers, latest event information, new in the marketplace notifications and so on...

Lot's of really great ideas for the newsletters, let me put my vote in for a few areas:
1) A major theme piece that similar to the dev blog features. All subsequent components or sections of the newsletter should generally touch on something in the piece...might not be a hard and fast rule but gives a nice flavor.
2) A piece or two of theme art of images of New Eden as seen by Dust mercenaries.
3) LORE...definetly some of this. New Eden has a pretty deep and complex well of back ground lore and it would be nice to begin putting some additional bricks in that wall. Even little things such as how Ishakone came to produce many "assault" variant items (perhaps due to Gallente or Minmatar influence) or how their relationship with the Minmatar drew them to producing SMGs for them. Essentially you could expand on some the threads or nuggets in the fluff descriptions for weapons, dropsuits, kit already in Dust.
4) ProTips from the Devs. Highlight a few nuggets of how some equipment or weapons might interact in ways that might not be obvious to players. Players view things from the perspective of how does a given item or action effect things and Devs tend to look from the point of view of how do items interact with things...subtle for distinct difference.
5) Stats are fascinating for many (not necessarily me) but lots fo my buddies that play really dig them so I think having some gratuitous nerdgasms in there would be ok.
6) I really like the dropsuit contest idea. I would further recommend that an operational description with some lore or character fluff be requried for the submission and a description of the "paintjob". The winning set up would be a subsequent newsletter giveaway dropsuit down the road. I do recommend setting parameters for level of suit set up. I recommend proto setup BUT make sure the dropsuit can be used with minimal to no skills. Give out no more than 10 of the suits.
7) A couple trivia questions on Dust, CCP, New Eden, some of our favortie Devs.
8) A give away item (seperate from the aforementioned dropsuit) that is tied to the newsetters theme.
LAST ITEM...i would really like to actually recieve the newsletter! I'm also one of the folks that has a very sketchy time actually recieving the newsletter.
