Basically, sinks are a thing of the past and each skill gives a meaningful bonus. Less emphasis on the suits you run and more emphasis on how you fit those suits. Each suit is geared towards a specific role, kinda like specialist suits not but more extreme.
No SP will still be very important. Just in a different way then you are used to (IE the I win button that is proto stomping!) We all want a competitive game, right?

I like Ninja too, he is a goood tanker.
