You obviously haven't flown much if you think swarms don't already cause a good amount of impact.

so is it just me or would swarms would be great if they had a terminal velocity about 4 x more than they have now? i know ive posted something similar before but the more i think about it the more great i think it would be.
right now, everything can outrun them, the only thing it is good for is knocking mercs on the head.
CCP have probably already corrected AV imbalance for future release, but i bet this gets missed.
if dropship pilots complain, give them countermeasures?
I like the idea but a even a mlt swarm can drop a drop ship if u hit the nose hell I lost 6ds to nose hit its weird but the ship just flips upside down to the point of no return lol before 1.7 a good sniper shot to the nose made you lose your balance I do NOT miss when flaylock rockets could practically flip you upside down >_<

I'm pretty sure he wants more knockback, which is crazy. More speed for swarms is something I've been asking for since 1.7. The damage itself honestly isn't that bad, maybe a little more on STD and ADV swarms, but the main issue is that swarms take too long to connect, and are primarily negated by afterburners.

The point of the speed boost is to get out of the hot zone quickly, not to entirely negate an AV weapon. Forges and rails can still hit you with your AB on, though it is much harder if you're a good pilot, but outrunning anti vehicle missiles is kind of silly.
