Actually, I think scouts are ideally suited for point defense of outlier objectives, not because of their speed or low HP but because of their low profiles. It is easy to hide nearby and pick off attacker after attacker who think the point is empty and easy hacking points.
More often than not if you just continuously hack and run (which is sometimes the only real option), the points just get hacked right back or even get rehacked before the hack goes through, which is really quite pointless.
Some of my most enjoyable matches have been those where I've been solo guarding a point on the outside and taken out double figures of enemies before finally being overrun or otherwise being able to hold it for the full match. It's great when I'm running with a decent squad and they can keep the complex at least under contention because we only need one person (me) defending an outside objective to give us the upper hand.

I'd lose the precision enhancer - it's basically doing nothing for you.
It's not going to get your precision low enough to pick up any scout suit and you'll already pick up any non-scout suit not using complex dampeners anyway. You'd get a lot more utility out of a shield or damage mod in that high slot.
