So I pretty much always avoided vehicles until today. Holy ish, I have been missing out.
I'm actually using a tier one min logi suit with 2 hack modules, A militia assault rifle, 3 sets of uplinks and the basic starter LAV fit. I think this is the most fun I've had in this game ever.
Just drive around and troll people and I don't even loose like 70k ISK a game. I cracked 2k WP with only one assist and 3 kills.
I used to dislike trollers but now I understand why they do it. It's fun as heck and if done well you pretty much control most of the nulls in a game. Duh.
Man, I feel like a sucker. 2 months+ (5.3m SP) and I didn't try this once. Geez.
Running over people is fun too.
Now I have to figure out how to do orbitals with a PS3 controller. Sigh, google/wiki here I come. |

You'll be super squishy, but you'll be able to avoid most scanners in pubs, get some WP from uplinks, blow up some tanks if you're sneaky enough, set traps at objectives, and kill most players with a few headshots from your ScP.
Right now, I'm saving for SP for the RE portion of the tree. I like that fit very much. I'm not a pistol person to be honest but I'll give it a try. |

Try useing remote explosives on hack stations while trolling in your LAV. If done properly you can pretty much hold down two or three objectives single handedly. It's a lot of fun ratamaq doc does this a lot. Anyway, I haven't seen you on mic yet come talk to me next time you see me on (I'm on every day).
Yeah, I've talked with ratamaq before. I gotta get more involved with you guys. I'm still only at 5mil SP. So I need a half a mil more for some small bonuses in the tree and then I'll go for the RE method.
I had a game last night with ratamaq but I was tired and frustrated as heck with the way the games were going and ended early. |
