May of been pointed out already, but what is to prevent a corp from acting like they've been betrayed by someone so they could could get tickets for the lotto then dump it all back in the corp wallet?

While I do research the size and date of creation of a corp, there is little to nothing stoppinga corp from taking such a calculated risk for the benefit of their organization. This is intended. It would also be sensible to have corpoartion use their members to complete additional challenges. Even though the payout can be particularly massive after several billion it's not wise to bet everything on one horse.

I like this thought. Yes, there are a 'lot' of details to work out. Districts can't exactly be held in escrow.

As I suggested to this player; you could involve your corporate leadership in this event and others and play it off as a scam. I'm sure many corporations could do a lot with this merchandise.

The change means thieving players receive 2490 tickets rather than 115 tickets per every 1 billion stollen for this challenge.
You can additionally place this in the context of another challenge, ***KalOfTheRathi, you have awakened a benevolent djinni***. Here, For every 2 million that you transfer to KalOfTheRathi, from which he transfers to DJINN B4lock with photo proof, I will award you 3 'tickets' in my lottery for this act of clever generosity.
Comparitatively, that challenge will award 1500 tickets per every 1 billion transfered into the Dust Challenge Lottery ISK pot. The trade off is you do not need to jeoprodize the trust or image of your coporation to secure tickets, but must instead place your trust in a one player who may have more to gain by keeping your tickets.

Valid concers about scamming aside, sending ISK to DJINN B4lock is easier on me for keeping track of and verifying lottery specific donations, rather than it getting lost in the tax statements of my main character.

Is it unethical? Yes
Is it immoral? Yes
But this is just a game to be played as you see fit. Rob your old corp, donated and then biomass the clone for the most rewards.
It may be some of the most fun you have ever had in a game. There is nothing like a little hatred to get wheels of war rolling. CCP doesn't make games, they make tools and we those tools to make out own game. Use those tools to make YOUR game fun for YOU!
Donate ISK to me and help fund PC change! We CAN take PC back & allow smaller corps to have a chance at having a home.
