The Dust Ticket Challenge Lottery has undergone an important change as of last night.
UPDATE: 2014.01.11 15:10 Unlimited Ticket Buy-In has been discontinued. Players may only purchase up to 15 million ISK in tickets. Additional tickets may be won as rewards from challenges and bounties at an uncapped rate.
This executive descision for an alteration was important strength the lottery's intentded goal of encourage greater content creation and community interaction via the reward ticket component. This did upset the plans of players looking to 'purchase' the lottery outright to obtain the 71.5 Million Isk and Templar BPO suit up for grabs to the winner.
So, I offer a 'happy' medium in the form of a challenge. I am naming this venture Corporate Wallet Theft.
For 20 reward tickets (separate from capped purchase tickets), you must conduct an 'unauthorized' transfer of 50 Million ISK into the Dust Challenge Lottery. Every additional 50 Million ISK sent awards 5 tickets as bonus.
Technically, this means a transfer of 10 Billion ISK would equate to 1020 tickets.
To claim the challenge you must provide a screenshot or video of the transaction window. Plus, either video, audio, and screen capture of the response of a verified CEO, director, or auditor for that corporation.
With regards, Jadek 'Nixon' Menaheim

I did create Xer Cloud Consortium after all. I 'steal' from my corp at least once or twice a week, but so does just about everyone else in the corp. That's the nature of that beast of course when everyone is a director.

Regardless of whether or not someone pulls the trigger on this option, it invokes a lovely sense of tension in the corporate community that will further grow as I continue to run more of these lotteries with bigger and better prizes. I am sitting on hundreds of dollars of merchandise that I am looking to reinvest into the community through unorthodox tactics.

Update: The corporation must be at least 30 full days old.
The steps for finding this information is simple with the thanks of ChribbaX. First browse the corporate recruitment thread for a tentative corporation you wish to infiltrate. Grab the name of a mercenary that belongs to this corp, likely found within a corporate recruitment topic. Proceed to use Dust Board to track the history of that clone. It will provide a link to corporation which provides this time data.
For example, Alldin Kan's Employment History
Imperfects Birth Distribution
Current Members - [Link]
Former Members - [Link]
Use this list of former members to establish a backlog of information on the corp including its tactics and culture.

With stagnation in the lottery challenge board and my own personal obligations I will need to set down a date for the draw.
February 13th Final Draw February 12th Ticket Purchases Close, Challenge and Contract Claims Close (Suggestions not awarded tickets toward current lottery, but apply toward next lottery.) February 10th Best In Show Challenges Close
This means you have until February 12 to make any finalize any plans to plunder the ship or commit great acts of espionage. I would however recommend you wait until the next lottery when the prizes will be far more explosive.

While I do research the size and date of creation of a corp, there is little to nothing stoppinga corp from taking such a calculated risk for the benefit of their organization. This is intended. It would also be sensible to have corpoartion use their members to complete additional challenges. Even though the payout can be particularly massive after several billion it's not wise to bet everything on one horse.

As I suggested to this player; you could involve your corporate leadership in this event and others and play it off as a scam. I'm sure many corporations could do a lot with this merchandise.
