buff standerd swarm damage by 20-30 buff advanced swarm damage by 10-20. there, no longer useless lower tier swarms

Swarms do have the biggest difference between levels percentage-wise other than nova knives (pretty sure they're the only one) but with the range they have now it will take much more than that to make them effective.

So this would do what exactly in terms of AV vs V?
Considering how you absolutely need PRO AV to kill a tank, buffing the other AV tiers would do absolutely nothing.

[220 * 5 = 1100] ~1100HP of damage at ADV tier
[220 * 6 = 1320] ~ 1320HP of damage at PRO tier.
No Swarm Launcher deals 1400HP of damage. The PRO one barely deals 1300HP.

Oh. But how would you accomplish these numbers?
By changing Swarms per tier, or Damage Per Missile?

The main reason why AV is so expensive is because of the fact that we need to pay the big bucks to run the nice toys such as Damage Mods, Profile Dampeners, Cardiac Regs, A Good Sidearm, etc.
But it is a start.

Here is the Math:
STD/MLT Swarms would deal 300HP per missile.
[300 * 4 = 1200]
ADV Swarm Launchers would have to deal 260HP per missile
[260 * 5 = 1300]
PRO Swarm Launchers would deal 233.33HP (Just round) per missile.
[233 * 6 = 1398]
2HP won't make a difference. Trust me.
