I started using the Caldari Commando today and man am I loving the thing, went 26/8 one ambush. I feel like I am dying a tad more than I would like though and don't even know if I am using the Commando right, so I will probably send an application later today so you guys can teach me how to be a proper Commando.
Hope to talk to you guys soon.
Sincerely, Glantix / Snow |

Sincerely, Glantix / Snow A few tips that might help you out. Pick weapons that both compliment your playstyle, but allow you to adapt to any situation as it pops up. Keep to a range. You aren't designed to be a close range attacking unit, your best feature is your range and higher HP values. Keep firing. The more bullets you put onto an enemy location the less likely they are to attempt to fight back.
Advice Appreciated.........

Hope this helps :)
Knowing this and this alone would have saved so many deaths yesterday..........
I was thinking RR and ARR would be a nice combo, but do you think there is something better than that that would work, like a combat rifle or something? I wanted to maximize the effectiveness of my bonus without using a sniper rifle so that was the only option really. |

That would be 5pm for me, I usually am not on at that time.
What time do you stop playing at usually? |

That's unfortunate, 3:00 is the earliest I can get on due to my brother absorbing as much time as he can from the PlayStation during the day. Weekends I am a bit more free and hopefully will get to squad with you then. |

As much as I like Caldari stuff, the Calmando feels too easy mode, except at close range. I don't know if it is the fact that I am used to running scout, or that I just like being better at close range, but I am probably going to ditch it.
I am not too sad as I made a few pointless skill investments that I do regret.
Could you maybe help me make a good Galmando? I want to be fast-ish with good close-quarters capabilities. I was thinking AR and Shotgun, which I heard was a bad weapon on the suit.
Is this absolutely true? Is there some way I could make this work? Or should I just skill into the Plasma Cannon like everyone else?
Any help would be appreciated. I would go Minmando (CoMindo?) but I know that is one of the most popular, and I hate going with anything too easy mode or overused........ |

How is this?
CQC Brawler
Commando G-1
Assault Rifle Shotgun
Enhanced Armour Repairer Complex Kinetic Catalyzer
Nanohive
The idea is it is fast(er) and excels at CQC, while having mediocre armour repair to allow it to go through multiple fights. |
