I don't know of anyone that has been banned beyond those that were for breaking the NDA. You can reverse q-synch with a buddy and boost 100 kills a match off him and CCP won't care. Unless you find a way to hack a giant flying Elmo ship into the game that is completely invincible and OHKO's everyone on the map every time you press the trigger, you're OK. 
EDIT: Also, as others have said, transactions including real money and goods are obviously exempt. I don't know of anything you can do barring that from inside the game, though.

There are commandments in DUST.
- Thou shall steal every unmanned vehicle. Especially if you are a gunner and the pilot gets out.
- Thou shall shoot installations with a Sica in every Skirmish to make ISK without contributing.
- Thou shall stay in the redline 90% of the time and eat popcorn watching the killfeed.
- Thou shall AWOX everyone and kill anyone using a fitting that you dislike with knives.
- Thou shall scam, lie and cheat. Also, brutally murder anyone that gets in your way.

Actually I'm pretty sure he was going for 'thou shalt'
