What if these used the dropsuit's shield level to be utilized , I.e., -10 or 15 shields for every 1 second of usage and so on?

If you use shield extenders, the cloaked time can be increased Even if we get like 200 HP for shields, the cloak for the scout will last for 13 seconds and that's not much assuming it's 15 HP per second. The scout is suppose to make the most out of the cloak compared to all other classes. If the shield becomes the measure of the cloak's duration, then the Logi will reign over the scout and marginalize the scout even further which is something we're trying to avoid. Bad enough the Logi can do almost everything a scout can do and better.
Gets me wondering -just how long should the cloak last?

What do I know - I haven't played in over 2 months and don't even know how scouts operate. Just had a random brain fart from intense concentration
