But the store in my country(Russia) there is no description for some packages.

You normally can't. CCP only whips it out for special occasions.
They were recently giving out Omega skill boosters for buying certain amounts of Aurum, but I believe that promotion is over now...

i was going to get a few last time but they jacked the price sky high. then fed us some crap about test prices. so i was to mad, to give them my money at that moment

Triple SP Events are why you never ever use active Omega Boosters outside of such an event. You buy them only for these events.

i just activated a 30day relguar booster before they announced this event, am i able to activate an omega one on the day and like pause/delay my current one? |
