I would like to see ether underground maps at some point or Gas planet maps where all there is for the gas is just walk ways no roads nothing for tank support just fly's to shoot down, also some under ground maps would be kind of cool two like tunnels and what not. |

There will eventually be other planet types.
What will be your legacy? Will you rise, or will you fall?

I'd like to fight in an underground Amarr maximum security jail that is used to house enemies of the empire.

CCP has stated numerous times that they want to bring Dust to different planet times, and even have working gas planet maps for internal testing. However, from the sound of it, we shouldn't expect these new planet types while Dust is still on PS3.

CCP have stated several times thats they plan to open up battlefields to other planets, orbital installations and potentially capital ships.
It will be exciting, but drip fed.
Early talk also suggested each planet type would represent a type of game play with tarrestrial being the model for "total war", there was a suggestion thats MTACs would replace infantry on particularly hostile worlds.

I can imagine fighting in gas planets and water planets. Imagine, naval battles everywhere. It will be like Silent Hunter II all over again!
OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?

I would love to fight on a plasma planet with electricity popping or a lava planet with rivers of molten lava flowing. With non rocky planets I figure that it will be some type installation that floats in the atmosphere or is anchored deep inside the planet.
A single medium socket with one objective or low clone count that helps keep the combat close and more personal than we see on terrestrial planets. Seems like it would almost be easier to do small maps that have limited areas. I'm not a designer or programmer so j can't accurately speak about difficulties in actually doing it.
