I may be mistaken ,but our armour repair perk is no more, this means that you have to fit a repair mod to compensate, which means you lost a low slot. Before the ranting begins about how everyone else has to already, logis have less base HP than assaults/heavies that we are supposed to be with. Our speed is a notch above a heavy, and most logis have no side arm. We are even more squishy than before, and will have to be under the constant protection of a sqaud to try and stay alive. |

Real logi's or "true" logis are those guys who die alot but have the most WP. Get in an assault suit if you want to kill people. The nerf is only effecting "slayer" logis
You can tell a real support logi by their KDR! You can be my guest and look mine up, have been a support logi (24 mil SP) since open beta.I guess I am one of the few who would put enough plate on their suit to stay alive for that extra few hits to try and help.My dodging abilities are not up to par with many of you rascals but I will try my best with the new bonuses. |

That said, in no way does this make a logi squishy. The 5 hp per sec isn't anywhere near high enough to count as part of your tank. If you repaired 50 hp per second, maybe. With the fitting reduction to equipment you can use higher level plates and extenders, making up for any slot you sacrifice for tank regen. Or, instead of a repper, you could just carry one of the repping hives. If you take a serious amount of armor damage you can use it to top off before the next fight. Especially if you're a Caldari logi. All this change does is give assault suits a bonus to damage potential, while leaving logis the option of being amazing with equipment while still having one of the stiffest tanks around.
The base HP for logi suits is about 60 Hp less than the average assault, that is a hunk of burning love in my book. Now if you have to add a repair mod to one of your low slots that's easily 100+Hp that you had before that is used up for something your suit had before . The rep hives work if you stand still not so good in the middle of a fire fight when you are dancing around. With the assault suits getting more killing power these issues will become even more obvious. Skilled into Gal logi after the Cal logi adjustment, the equip. Bonus is nice to have on all frames.The racial bonuses are hit or miss and don't seem to have much of a wow factor IMO. |

Supporting your team means you have to stay alive to help them, logis are easy targets now and any red knows to take us out first. Our suits have to have survivability in order to do that, the other bonuses will be for naught if you are getting cut down to much, as well as ISK it takes to run a decent suit on a regular basis.Trying to show that what we are going to lose is more significant than it appears (thus my wording nerf) . |
