So you put an armour tank on a Caldari suit? Yeah. Try a pure shield tank. See how that works out for you. I have 571 shield hp on my proto. I do pure shield tank on some of my suits.

because thats too low for a fast regen suit, 47 hp/s is better but not enough for my state ck.0

Also, remove extender penalty to recharge delay.
Then make shield modules cost less PG and CPU.
