I sort of think Caldari heavies should have no shield delay, just constantly recharging. Or maybe only a 1 second shield delay. Point is, they need a short shield delay if they want to be competitive because all the other heavies will stack the armor and get crazy high and constant armor repairs.

I don't know about other people, but I'll be running my Caldari sentinel with a forge gun, blapping reds out of existence.
Either that or stacking damage mods and/or regen ones combined with my Kaalakiota RR on the Caldari Commando (or sentinel).
Most will only be able to tickle me with their weapons, so no logi needed. |
