I would (as long as it is a weekend) because I hate Nyain San's ambush tank spam the fact that they have 55 districts and that I just really don't like them.
P.S. definitely not saving it for when someone finally organizes a massive attack on all their districts simultaneously (well only half their districts are on a the same timer, the other half is on a different timer).

I would not. Their situation is like what TeamPlayers was, except unlike Teamplayers their timers (understandably) are outside the majority of Dust 514 Player's ability to reasonably get on.

I don't know what their timers are set for, but if I'm on I'll fight. If you want me to run logi I'll need some compensation (proto logi is expensive!).

Lock there districts then I would have the pleasure of what they would do about NS locking their districts so if they did AE would likely kick them out of the Alliance and attack the districts that they forget to lock.
Change their timers when to a time they have trouble getting players on and we have more players on
