....At least give them a melee damage buff.....
Really, I didn't even know it affected melee, thats how bad it is.
Or make it, +5% to Nova Knives, and +20% to Melee, for 100% Extra Damage at level 5.
Also, I'd prefer if the Minnie bonus was replaced with a Bonus to Biotic modules, and the Nova Knife proficiency was buffed from 3% per level, to 5%.
Just my opinion, of course, these Skill Bonuses aren't officially confirmed, they were just found on the test server.

The melee bonus is so crappy, even when maxed out a medium frame will do more damage. They need to give it the hacking speed bonus from the Minmatar logistics, or raise base melee damage as you suggest.

Also keep the profile dampening bonus for all scouts if we're giving god scanners to Gallogis, please.

If they were to buff Damage from 3% to 5% on Nova Knife Proficiency, with one Sidearm damage mod, you'd still OHK most suits with just a quick slash, besides Heavily tanked Proto Meds, and Heavies.
The Knives are just such a niche weapon, and they do not appeal to everybody, at least almost every Minmatar Scout uses one of the three Biotic modules.
I feel like I'm forced to use Nova Knives, because its the only way to get a good use out of my racial bonus, and the melee bonus is only good for trolling Newberries by walking around punching them, but even then, the 10-20 Extra Damage doesn't help, at all.

So your in favor of forcing the most squishy scout to use a damage mod to achieve the current role.. No thank you minny is for knives its the only thing its decent at if you don't want to knife you go gallente |

They have to be reworking Db ratings or cloaks have to make you invisible both visually and to scanners. If not the scout is just as dead as it is now. |

I use a damage mod on all my Minmatar Scout fits and I do just fine.
Damage Mods > Shield Extenders, especially now with the Penalty to Delay.
An increase in biotics, will allow is to speed tank, and achieve much quicker speeds than any of the 3 other Scouts, it will, in the end, also help with Nova Knifing.
I went Minmatar Scout because;
#1. Their Base Movement and Sprint speed
#2. Their look
#3. Shield Tanking

Well the knife bonus is the staple of the suit.
I certainly wouldn't use it anymore if it didn't have it.

idc about ta stupid melee bonus if im getting a knife bonus too.

Make it a 10% dmg bonus to knives per level. With the 200HP I have, I might as well be OHKing with uncharged knives.
