Amarr is an Combat Engineer.
But he have NOTHING to do it succefully.
He has less "potential" hp less slots (less flexibility) less equipements (Less logistics) slower (harder to follow allies).
If they're was turrets for engineer and Amarr have a bonus on it THEN it will be right.
Right now the Amarrian Logi dropsuits are trash about Logistics AND trash at combat.

Finally i have 3 slot about equipements.
Am i supposed to have 3 types of dropuplinks ?
Bonus on equipements would be fine IF they're was more equipement (at least 2 per race) and bonus on all of them.

Minmatarr : Remote / Electronic warfare (dampening)
Amarr : Dropuplink / Turrets
Gallente : Scanner /
Caldari : Nanohives / shield bubble / Nanite injector

And finally the repair tool IS NOT an Minmatarr item.
The only equipements they have is Explosive Remote.

It use Minmatarr parts.
Amarr Crystal.
Aim system are from Caldari missiles.
And the radar technology inside is gallente.

I would say they need to be more gneric, something like

Amarr:
+3% MagSize per Level

Caldari:
+3% Regulator Efficacy

Gallante:
+3% Repper Efficacy

Minmatar:
???

The 5hp/s bonus was for ALL logi. It was removed to be "5% less PG/CPU for equipements per level" which is good. The scanner bonus removed your actual bonus which was the reduction (PG/CPU) about equipements.

(Minmatarr add 50% more range with repair tools and 25% more repair rate which means focused can repair over 200hp/s they can repair with crazy rate out of range of the ennemies.) Amarr don't need biggers mag. Laser and SCR mag are already huge. And Scrambler pistol already have his skills increasing the mag capacity. Amarr bonus would be fine IF the Amarr Logi dropsuit was better at combat. Right now it's the worse logi suit. Only drawbacks. A secondary is just a way to use even more PG/CPU....... The bonus was cool and useful.

The problem is than these roles are not...well real roles for everyone. Amarr Logi is supposed to be a Combat Engineer. He have the weakiest suits and the less Versability you see the problem ? They gave him DU bonus well...... The role of an Combat engineer is NOT to set the spawn....this is the role of an Scout !!!!!! The problem is than each soldier have diffrent roles. Minmatarr : Repair. Gallente : Scan. Caldari : Ressuply. Amarr : Spawn. Sorry but Scanning and set the spawn are NOT a real ROLE for a Logi..... It's like i was saying to give more Hp to scout to making him able to tank damage for an entire squad this is...weird.

Anyway okay with you let's watch and see. I just hope there will be full respac when it comes.
