freaking at least 30-35 dB profiles and scan precision. They shouldn't be able to be scanned this easily at my level. So what if they only see you for 5 seconds. It still reveals your flanking position, thus making it a waste of time to try and flank. If scanners aren't going to be nerfed, then you might as well buff scouts. No matter how sneaky you are, active scanners will always find you. Why not make it so they have to use skill to find me instead of just me using evasion skills?

I get a STD gallante medium fit, put on a complex kin kat, two enhanced damps, and a shield extender, 8.3 m/s running speed and DB that's unscannable and a compact nano hive with a STD shotgun. |

That's not unscannable, plus it's not fast enough. It needs to be at least 9.6 m/s.

On my minja suit I have heavies sneaking up on me on my flanks. no tacnet whatsoever. I know I show up on heavy frame tacnet net because I can watch them follow me through walls.
On my ginja suit I see basically everything, and people don't see me at all.
It's not tested, but it just happens a lot.
