just sayin... i only change the one i saw that didnt seem right and more lore and racially fitting(which is most of them)
All Assaults get +5% to stamina and stamina recovery
Caldari Assault: +2% to shields resistance against hybrid plasma weapons
Gallente Assault: +1% armor resistance against hybrid rail weapons and 1% to armor repair efficiency
Minmatar Assault: +1% shield/armor resistance against laser weapons and 1% to projectile weapon damage
Amarr Assault: +2% to armor resistance against projectile weapons
Gallente Sentinel Skill: Sentinel Skill: 5% resistance to hybrid rail damage per level. Gallente Sentinel Bonus: 3% armor resistance to hybrid - railgun weapons, 2% armor resistance to projectile weapons.
Caldari Sentinel Skill: Sentinel Suit Bonus: 5% resistance to hybrid plasma damage per level. Caldari Sentinel Bonus: 3% shield resistance to hybrid - blaster weapons, 2% shield resistance to laser weapons.
Minmatar Sentinel Skill: Sentinel Suit Bonus: 5% resistance to laser damage per level. Minmatar Sentinel Bonus: 3% shield resistance to laser weapons, 2% armor resistance to hybrid - blaster weapons.

if you want to add/change anything that would seem more fitting than go ahead CCP shouldive known better than to mess everything up and mix up/move away from lore

Because they don't take advice on the general discussion section. They don't listen to people on the feedback thread. They don't have to care about suggestions brought to them bu the useless proxy service known as the CPM.
They go with their own hardheaded ideas and hope their feet don't get too many bullet holes from shooting themselves in the foot.

also minmatar scouts should get the hacking bonus since they are fast great at sneaking flanking have a lot of junk and stuff on their suit

A bit of a tip, the class bonus has to be the same for all four suits in that class. The only bonus that can be different between them is the racial bonus.
And personally I think the Assault class bonus should be -5% to light weapon and sidearm CPU/PG per level and that the Commando racial bonuses should be changed slightly to +2% to [insert appropriate race] weapons per level, since for instance the swarm launcher is a Caldari weapon but is classified as an explosive and not a rail, and the Plasma Cannon is a Gallente weapon but not a blaster.

You forgot the new changes to the assault suits.
Caldari get a 5% increase on shield extenders per level of shield extenders. Basic 5% increase, Enhanced 10% increase, Complex 15% increase.
Gallente 5% increase on armor plates per level of armor plates. Same as above but with armor
Amarr 5% increase to armor reps
Minmatar Something with damage mods I forgot the exact numbers.

This class wide bonus thing is awful and needs to be canned.
There should be a bonus that applies to the basic suits, that then carrier over to the specialized suits. For instance:
Amarr medium dropsuit:
- 5% per level to weapon heat build-up
So now there is a reason to gain levels for just the basic suit, and now both the amarrian assault and amarrian logi can use amarrian weaponry.
Now throw in some logi or assault specific bonuses.
While there is no better place to be wealthy than the Gallente Federation, there is no hell worse for the poor either.

they are probably staying quite because they are still "planning out everything" so they cant say or do anything with us like how it was before 1.7 they were completely quite

I dislike the racial logi bonuses as I don't think that it should be tied to a particular item. What about when new equipment comes out? The shield bubble is authored by what race? And Webifiers? and all the other stuff that may come in the future. No, like other racials that have bonuses to particular kinds of weapons like the laser category so too should the logistics bonuses work that way.
I would prefer to have an equipment skill tree, similar to the weapons' branches that offer various bonuses and improvements, that would address each item.
The bonuses for the logistics should be more of either a prominent trait for the race in defense or general equipment efficiency in the equipment authored by that race. Right now Amarr has only drop uplinks - and i do truly hate them. But the min bonus to repair tool.... I may have to forsake my race for that. Empress forgive me.
But I still don't like it. I absolutely hate drop uplinks and feel that it is not the Logi's job to place or carry them, that is for the rest of the team - we have to haul all the rest of this crap around to serve their needs and .... ranting sorry.
Amarr bonus is crap. Gallente is Ok. Caldari is OK. And Minmatar is OK. But I Do NOT like the idea of tying one piece of equipment to a specific race. - besides there is still the issue of adding bonuses to equipment that they are still having difficulties coding around. So, how true is this? I don't know, but so far I don't think this is the best solution we can come up with. Perhaps CCP will change its mind or plan on changing it down the road.

all bonuses will eventually change in the future to fit the required areas, but for now we only have a few type of equipement

well if i was designing the suits i would make them like this: (assuming these are all proto)
MINMATAR logistics: 4H 4L assualt: 4H 3L heavy: 3H 3L scout: 4H 3L commando: 3H 2L keep the minmatar speed and stamina the same since they can speed tank change base armor/shields (preferably 165/165 or 150/150 for armor/shields) buff their cpu/pg
AMARR logistics: 4L 2H assualt: 5L 3H heavy: 3L 2H scout: 4L 2H commando: 3L 2H reduce the shields and raise the armor so they dont have to dual tank (reduce shields by 40 and brings armor up 30) movement/sprint speed should stay the same cpu/pg is fine
GALLENTE logistics: 5L 3H assualt: 5L 2H heavy 4L 2H scout: 4L 2H commando: 3L 1H leave them as is for armor and shields increase speed a bit since they dont have great stamina thier cpu/pg is fine
Caldari: logistics: 4H 2L assualt: 5H 3L heavy: 4H 2L scout: 4H 2L commando: 3H 1L the caldari are good at shield tanking but could use a bit more stamina thier cpu/pg is fine thier movement is fine
