Assaults will be dishing out damage faster than other suits. You may call this unbalanced. I call it common sense. They are assaults, that's what they do. Kill faster.
Logis get 25% reduction of equipment costs. You ever try the Gallente Logistics with that bonus? It's incredibly helpful. They won't be as strong in combat as the assaults, but why should they? Don't give me any of that "They are supposed to be the most versatile role" BS, they are the equipment people. A logi going head to head with an assault, the assault should have the edge.
Sentinels are getting damage resistance to gunfire. This doesn't only increase their EHP, but it also increases their ERR (estimated repair rate). This will make sentinels finally a class that can sit there and clog a choke point and such, especially with repair hives or a repair tool repping him
Commandos are getting the highest damage damage per shot. This makes them sort of like the Assaults, but not quite. Assaults have a high rate of fire to give them more DPS, but this also means they will be running out of ammo more often. A Commando gets more DPS from bullet damage, not taking up as much ammo. Meanwhile, he gets two light weapons. So a With addition of the reload speed, Commandos will be better at constantly providing suppressing fire on the ever moving frontlines without needing to waste much time restocking ammo or reloading.
And Scouts are going to get something special regarding the not-yet-released cloaking device, and who doesn't want that? They will really be able to fulfill their roles once that happens.
It's actually looking quite good, though TTK may need to go up (but Assaults and Commandos still kill the fastest, but still takes longer) and something may need to be replaced for ROF for weapons like the Scrambler Rifle. Perhaps they can rework the Assault class bonus so it's "+5% ROF on all weapons and -5% Scrambler RIfle charge up time per level." It'd be some funky wording specifically mentioning one weapon in there, but the Scrambler Rifle is one of the main assault weapons yet it just would not be able to take advantage of a higher rate of fire.

If you want a longer TTK, you want it increased... Unless you want it to feel like COD, in which case, screw you. He's a troll, look at his name.
EDIT: Didn't see the Chromosome part, which had a really high TTK. Maybe he is just confused.

Think about it. If you are not an Assault, what are you? If you're a Logi, you carry a ton of equipment without needing to sacrifice defenses. If you are a Sentinel, are are resistant to the firearms in addition to having a higher effective repair rate because of that resistance. If you are a Commando, you have a high DPS without needing to chew through ammo and can reload faster if it comes down to it. If you are a scout, you'll be invisible.
All things considered, it doesn't seem that bad.

I agree that the all light weapons should benefit from the Assault skill, hence why I stated perhaps keep the bonus and add something for the SCR. Though I do like the fitting idea. So perhaps
Assault Class -5% PG/CPU of all light weapons and sidearms per level
That is the one I like the most. Damage mods not as much as some of the racial assault suits aren't suited as well for damage mods as others.
