CCP has been playing with all the racial scouts and racial heavies for awhile, and at EVE Vegas actually said the scouts were further along than the heavies. So I found it a bit odd that the new data we found today only has details on the racial heavies and no scouts. My guess would be that because the scouts are being reworked around the not-yet-released cloaking devise it is taking them longer.
My request would be, at the least, show us new images of the suits that are more recent than FanFest 2013.

It's kind of like all the stuff down at fanfest, don't believe anything the say or show.
I'm pretty sure fanfest this year, regarding dust, is going to be a giant screen showing last year fanfest. Maybe the dub over anyone saying coming 2013...but I doubt it. |

While the suits themselves are liekly done, CCPs vision for how they should interact with the battle field is likely not. With TTY as low as it is, and even armed with a shotgun or knives scouts usualy get killed instantly even if they get the drop on the oponent, because they cah tank the first hit and swing around and kill you before the next.
Tho since the mimatar hackign logi bonus is gone i have a feeling it will show up on a scout bonus soon. |
