Hopefully, this will effect the lock times on Swarm Launchers as well.
If so, the Specialist Swarms will have nearly the Same ROF as it's vanilla variants, with lower CPU/PG requirements.
Now you might actually be able to stack that 4th Damage Mod on AND keep your fancy sidearm.
All without having ridiculously long lock times.
Also, Minmatar Assault Suits (the 2nd best AV suit) will be given a bonus to Damage Mods. 12.5% per modules as opposed to 10% (penalties still apply).

Is this a sign of things to come? Should people finally put down the Railgun?
Will this act as a stealth buff to Swarm Launchers?
Thoughts? Questions? Concerns?
(And yes, I know the bonus isn't final, it's just a tad bit of theory-crafting going on here)

Pair this with the Minnie Commando likely to be almost as fast as an Amarr Assault, dual tanking allows for another damage mod or 2 and you'll be golden.
Not to mention unlike your Assault Friend, it'll still be able to defend itself in against infantry too, add in a Hybrid Hive for equipment and you have the potential for a fully self sufficient AV squad member. Dang, i didn't even think about the Commando.
Now I really want a respec.

The lock time dictates how fast you can fire the missiles, so the lock times are it's ROF in a sense.
