We have for feedback, requests, bugs, locker room, war room and others.
We need section for IDEAS, a place where ideas about new stuff is concentrated, not improvements, not thoughts but a well based idea.
Ideas that are completely free and if necessary can be used by developers, ideas that can be really implemented in the game.
Developers can enlighten us by upcoming using that section.
Ideas of new and unusual in game that can be made to make gaming pleasant even more.
Of something nothing is everything.

I'd think an idea would fall under the category of a suggestion, which we already have a forum for.
Granted it's a wasteland both for player input and Chinese developer viewership, but splitting it up even more wouldn't do any good.
