Currently I am at level 5 standing for Amarr nearing level 6, but I do not take any pride in this. Sure I could be doing well in my battles, but if the bulk of Amarr is failing then my personal achievements mean nothing. I am and always will be more interested in bettering Amarr as a whole than simply myself or my small sphere of acquaintances. And I hope my role in Scions of Athra speaks to that. Sure I may fail to accomplish this goal, I may stumble from time to time, but I will never stop pursuing this goal of bettering the whole of Amarr Faction warfare. While the planetary control on the star map hovers between 0 and 1%, there is no time for celebration or applauding one's success. It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's Super Amarr!

Combine our best forces together and help keep the pressure on throughout all timezones. That definitely sounds like something worth pursuing. Additionally, having a lot of armor tanked Amarr suits mixed in with shield tanking Caldari suits could potentially throw the opposition out of rhythm. It's a bird! It's a plane! I wasn't feigning it actually, I was genuinely excited, but another problem of mine is I tend to look at everything through rose shaded lenses (I romanticize things), so when things don't go the way I envision, I get discouraged quickly. I honestly thought we'd start making a gradual change to the star map. When I saw that despite us winning sometimes multiple times and the star map wasn't budging, my morale took a major hit. Think about it Aero, who wants to win and win and win only to see you're making ZERO difference. You know I'm Amarrian through and through and I still pop into FW from time to time, but I'm not going to be in FW exclusively until CCP really fixes the issues and balances it out. If I disappointed you guys in some way as to not joining Scions then I apologize for that....That doesnt mean you should've gave up or that the glory days were gone I never left the game.But I think that defeatist type of mentality is to rampant with some people and it festers have to remain positive and keep trying not give up.I cant play match after match listening to that or Ill get discouraged too and that I cant do. Only reason I still play this game is to fight for the Empire and spread its goals.....I cant even get into Amarr FW matches the timers spiral out to 6-8 minutes and just keep ticking on and on. Sorry you got a bad vision of me there Evicer, but I pretty much laid out what lead and sometimes leads to my actions.
