There is no "need" reason for a respec. Nobody has that need. Not one person.

You can want one, because you made bad choices. You can want one, because CCP nerfed or otherwise changed the fit you liked, but you certainly don't need one. You see, you get skill points for playing the game, and you spend those on skills you want.

I'd like a billion free ISK too, but I understand why it would be hurtful to the game for CCP to give it to everyone.

except when someone wanted a fast hacking suit, then the changes made it unable to hack fast anymore
