You're honestly the first person I've met on these forums that has realized the same that I have, that the Amarrians are severely gimped overall. Other forum goers will try and tell you that we have the highest eHP ceiling and yadda yadda yadda, but they don't even bother to do really look into it and realize that our eHP ceiling is around the same, and in some case lower than the other races. I know for a fact that CCP Wolfman is an Amarrian, but I swear that he is the only one in the entire company. Aisha Ctarl for CPM1
