DID YOU DESIGN EVE? DO YOU EVEN PLAY EVE? The Amarr focus on armor tanking through RESISTANCE TANKING IE A s*** TON OF PLATES. Why the hell would you give it a bonus to reps which is the GALLENTE armor tanking focus. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Oh, and then you remove the laser weaponry bonus from the Assault, you know those guys that would be using the Scrambler Rifle since it is their Empire's service weapon, and give it to the Commando. So what do you want CCP - you want all the Amarr assaults running around with Gallente AR's? Minmatar CR's? Caldari RR's? I swear I'm gonna have a damned stroke. So asinine! Aisha Ctarl for CPM1

They took amarrian design protocol and gallente design protocol and flipped them, it is SOOO easy to see. They didn't change anything, the design philosophies are there, they just flipped them. I'm not near my PS3 atm to do the math, but I was sure that the Amarrian eHP comes out to be around the same, marginally better, marginally worse than the other suit variants. For example, I thought the Caldari actually marginally beats out the Amarr on eHP if brick tanked. What might keep other suits from reaching Amarrian HP levels is the fact that they may not be able to fit the modules as easily as the CPU and PG heavy Amarr suits can. Aisha Ctarl for CPM1

It may be that this is how they translate the great capacitors that the AMARR in Eve had, or maybe this was the only way to make them different than the Gallente since they cant use drones in 514. They probably snipped the idea to let it be known they are watching, I'm sure its forgotten about lol. Level 1 forum warrior. Minmatar and Gallente fw. I sold my wife and kids to the Amarr for isk, its a valid tactic.
