Looks like Amarr Assaults will be useless, and Minmatar Assault will be the new FOTM.

EDIT: Although now that I think about it, Amarr / Gallente bonuses should be swapped to stay with their natural tanking styles. The -25% heat buildup for laser weaponry.
The only reason to go Amarr Assault will be for the most base HP.

Yeah, that sounds Amarrian to me. At least you Assaults can get 400+ Shields :P The max I can get on my Logi is 368 Shields :( Works for dual tanking, but that's about it.

I simply presented the information given to me.
