Currently all Minmatar Scout suits look black with red eyes, or the very same way the proto Minmatar Scout looks... At Standard and Advanced.

Yeah, man. Plus add in a little Red Green style duct taped boot. Maybe use like a rusted out HAV door for armor. Then use copius amount of duct tape to make hime look like a shiny silver mummy.

Been saying this for quite a long time, CCP still hasn't fixed it. Same with the Amarr assaults at standard and advanced looking like a regular Amarr basic frames.

They're brown. If you turn your brightness up, I can clearly see them as being brown with orange eyes. Maybe it's a bug for you guys?
EDIT: Amarr Assaults also look fine to me. Black and White, the Assault colors.
